Music class sadly ended on Friday, but we started a new class today called Tumblin Tikes. This one is through the Southbury Park and Rec and while it is certainly not music with Miss Julie, Em still had a great time seeing all the new kids and being in a different environment.
Emily is still really into sharing lately, but sometimes this is not such a great thing. She always want to give you what she has, but this also includes poor Charlie. I say poor Charlie because yesterday she clonked him on the head with the house phone and he was only about a foot away. While she does have a GREAT arm, I need to figure out a way to control it a bit more. I'm fearful of what she could do to her friends, oy!
We went to the doctor today and all is great! Dr. Isgut said she was wonderful, not that we were surprised, and that we could start introducing more and more foods. While I am excited to get started, I am now faced with the "What should she eat for dinner?" dilemma. Today we tried yogurt and she seemed to enjoy it. I think chicken will be next... She continues to be a GREAT eater, like Mother, like Daughter.
She weighs 19.10 ounces (I think the legs are about half of that) and is 28 inches long. That is about 55th percentile for height and 67th for percentile weight, and her head is 80th percentile.
