Busy Week...

We had a very busy, but fun week. On Tuesday, Emily and I went to our first Mom's group meeting. This is a group through Danbury Hospital that meets weekly and provides support to new moms and also a great way to meet other people and help answer each other's questions. The babies there ranged from 5 days old to 6 months. It was amazing to see the tiny babies and imagine that she was ever that small. During the two hour group she managed to eat, sleep, poop and play, so I would say it was a success :)
I also worked 4 days this week, a few at my old job and two nights at Positive Energy (dance studio). It was the most I have worked since Emily was born and boy was I tired. It was also the most I have been away from her since she was born and while it was a nice break and an opportunity to have some adult conversation, I really missed my little lady. I feel so lucky to be able to stay home with her.

This weekend we enjoyed Rosh Hashanah with both the Glantz and Kotlen families. Though dinner time is not Emily's best she was great and enjoyed seeing the family, especially her cousins!

Emily had really discovered her hands over the past week or so and loves to grab everything she can get her hands on, including her shirt (see below) I think we have a flasher on our hands!

Here are a few of the latest pictures we have taken...

I couldn't resist putting the bow in her hair!
